In 2005 Fosimpe was founded with the mission of regenerating the waste management industry in Segovia proving and aiming to export plastic scrap to any country in which it’s needed. With our modern mindset and our bright, young and energetic team, we have earned a very good reputation in the industry in just a few years.

Our main motivation is to deliver a high quality service in order to satisfy our clients’ needs. Thanks to our magnificent business skills and the flexibility that we offer, we have expanded our clients’ base to many other regions in Spain.

Currently, FOSIMPE has three main business areas:

• Non-hazardous waste management.
• Plastic scrap collection & trading in domestic and international markets.
• Service provider for our clients.

Our international Plastic scrap sales to Asia reached such a high volume that in 2014 we decided to open an office in Shanghai. This office is the link between our headquarters and the Asian market, in which we have our main foreign clients.

Fosimpe has always been working with main industry leaders. Thanks to our high quality services delivered to these partners, we have important benchmarks to keep constantly improving.

In November 2015 FOSIMPE received the “Sello Real de Paños” Award to the Best Export Company, acknowledging that FOSIMPE is one of the main leaders in the recycling and recovery industry. This award also highlights our company’s experience in the Asian market, mainly in China.

Our main goal is constant improvement. That’s why we have implemented a Quality Management System that allowed us to obtain ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates in June 2016. We have been carrying steps towards improving the management of our company, improving processes, acquiring new machinery as well as qualified staff, which now goes beyond 35 workers.

Our company policy has always been based in innovation and high quality service in order to reach our goals and set new targets in order to exceed our clients’ expectations and keep them satisfied. Thanks to this policy, we have reached our highest turnover in 2015.
